Pivoting a commodity business to a luxury brand.
Due to the decline of the tanning industry, a client made the decision to withdraw her properties from a national tanning franchise and rebrand her business. In the new model, the business will continue to offer tanning services, but will also integrate personalized spa services to create a more holistic experience for clients.
To ensure a smooth transition, the new logo for the rebranded business, now called Majestic Sun, incorporates both the relaxed ambiance of a spa and a reference to tanning with a sun graphic. This approach aims to reassure existing tanning clients that the business still provides the same services they know and trust, while also attracting new clients who are interested in a broader range of wellness services.
