Inertia was entrusted with managing the social media presence of the client’s extensive network of nearly 400 nationwide locations. Our team set up branded and optimized accounts for each location on various social media platforms, and proceeded to create daily content while also monitoring interactions, reviews, and messages around the clock, responding to each as necessary.
Moreover, we developed a custom microsite that allowed individual locations to submit local posts for review and eventual posting on their social media accounts, ensuring a hyper-localized and targeted approach to social media content. This approach helped to maintain a consistent brand voice across all locations while allowing for personalized and locally-relevant messaging.
